These groups are a great way for kids and teens to connect with others, gain tools for navigating life’s ups and downs, and feel truly supported.
Emotions in Motion (Ages 10-12)
A fun, interactive group for preteens to learn emotional regulation, healthy coping strategies, and how to handle big feelings. We’ll explore how to manage stress, build confidence, and communicate more effectively—all in a safe and supportive environment.

Emotions in Motion: Teen Edition (Ages 12-14)
This group builds on emotional regulation and introduces more complex topics like peer pressure, self-image, and emotional triggers. Ideal for early teens navigating school stress, social dynamics, and personal growth.

- Self-advocacy
- Resilience and confidence building
- Navigating friendships and boundaries

RISE: Real, Inspired, Strong, Empowered (Ages 13-16)
Your story matters. Your voice is powerful.
RISE is a supportive, uplifting group designed for girls aged 13-16 who are navigating the transition into young womanhood. Through open conversation, guided reflection, and engaging activities, we’ll cover meaningful topics like self-esteem, body image, social challenges, relationships, and finding your voice in today’s world.
Workshop Themes Include:
- Self-worth and self-compassion
- Navigating friendships & relationships
- Social media and self-image
- Handling stress and expectations
- Celebrating strengths and individuality
