RISE: Real, Inspired, Strong, Empowered (Ages 13-16)

RISE is a supportive, uplifting group designed for girls aged 13-16 who are navigating the transition into young womanhood. Through open conversation, guided reflection, and engaging activities, we’ll cover meaningful topics like self-esteem, body image, social challenges, relationships, and finding your voice in today’s world.
