I am a Licensed Counselling Therapist and Canadian Certified Counsellor; serving folks in NB and across Canada*. I value connection, authenticity, and the healing power of nature. I live with my husband, two boys, and our Labrador Retrievers. I enjoy learning, walking outdoors, traveling, music, and simply being in nature. My office is nestled in a natural setting, offering clients a calming and grounding environment—indoor and outdoor sessions are available when appropriate.

I understand that finding the right therapist is a deeply personal process. I bring not only professional training, but also real-life perspective to my work. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to help ensure that the therapeutic relationship feels like a good fit.

In time, I hope to publish a book of short stories inspired by the ups and downs of life—sharing insights that remind us we’re never truly alone on the journey.

With over 25 years of experience supporting youth, adults, and families in a variety of roles—including school counsellor, educator, Child & Youth Team member, ASD West clinician, and live-in Don at UNB—I bring a deep understanding of the human experience across many stages of life. My education includes a BA, BEd, Masters of Education (Counselling Psychology), VTRA (Violence and Threat risk Assessment Level 1 and 2, ASSIST-suicide assessment for youth, adults; ASK suicide assessment (for kids).
