Meet Tricia
Tricia is a therapist who values connection, authenticity, and the healing power of nature. She lives with her husband, two boys, and their labrador retrievers, and enjoys learning, walking outdoors, traveling, music, and simply being in nature. Her office is nestled in a natural setting, offering clients a calming and grounding environment—indoor and outdoor sessions are available when appropriate.
Tricia understands that finding the right therapist is a deeply personal process. She brings not only professional training, but also real-life perspective to her work. She offers a free 15-minute consultation to help ensure that the therapeutic relationship feels like a good fit.

A Nurturing Welcome Space

Tricia offers a nurturing counselling space where everyone is welcome—wholeheartedly and without exception. Rooted in compassion and authenticity, this is a place where individuals are invited to show up exactly as they are. Whether you’re seeking support for anxiety, grief, identity exploration, or simply need someone to walk beside you through life’s complexities, Tricia provides a safe, affirming environment where your story is honoured and your voice is heard.
Her counselling space is thoughtfully designed to foster comfort, safety, and emotional ease. Natural light pours through windows, while plants and elements of the outdoors create a soothing, grounded atmosphere. For children, a dedicated area filled with age-appropriate toys, books, and art supplies encourages creative expression and emotional safety. Outside, an inviting firepit and play area offer opportunities for nature-based therapy and relaxation. The entire space is welcoming and adaptable—responsive to the diverse needs of all clients, including neurodivergent individuals. Whether you’re autistic, ADHD, dyslexic, or otherwise neurodivergent, Tricia embraces your unique way of experiencing the world and tailors sessions to meet your sensory, communication, and cognitive preferences. This is more than just a counselling office—it’s a holistic sanctuary where healing begins through connection, environment, and belonging.
